Magicspark has been evolving with new technology for over 15 years. Since the early days of desktop publishing with MacIIs when a meg of ram was king to actively participating and contributing to the open source revolution – we have thrived because we love what we do and that passion shines through our work.

Magicspark was founded by Jason Chinn in 1996 and is a privately owned firm based in San Francisco. We began designing and developing ‘skins’ for content management systems in 1998. Additionally, we have created interfaces and build web applications. Our first back-end solutions were launched in 2002 and were implemented as corporate intranets. Since then, we have evolved to developing Eazyrez – an online reservation and transaction system used for many of our small boutique hotel customers. Every new project we build is delivered with our customized CMS platform.
